We are now looking for full-time project managers and project developers (m/f/d) (home office)

We work on projects that develop something completely new. This means that there is a lot to do and usually no routines or experiences that you can use as a guide when working. Our projects are one thing above all else: exciting.

Project tasks:

  • Project development and management of existing projects

  • Due to the home office, there may be a small amount of travel

What we want:

  • Successfully completed relevant studies or commercial vocational training
  • You have a structured, independent and efficient way of working as well as an entrepreneurial approach

  • You have very good German and at least good English skills. Any additional foreign language is a plus
  • Professional experience in a comparable position is not a requirement, but is of course an advantage

Your tasks:

  • In close cooperation with our Managing Director Sales, you will support us in creating commission calculations and posting them in our STG back office
  • You are the first point of contact for our sales partners if they have any questions/problems regarding our STG back office system and are in constant contact with IT
  • Creating new products and integrating videos and documents in our STG back office are also part of your daily tasks
  • Your tasks include processing PV system inquiries, checking and forwarding offers and the associated order processing

What we want:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Number affinity & accuracy
  • You have a structured, independent and efficient way of working as well as customer-oriented thinking
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with relevant accounting or ERP systems is an advantage

  • Processing and updating of master data
  • You are the contact person for (billing-related) customer issues and are responsible for conducting telephone, digital and/or written correspondence
    Creation of service procedures, guidelines and standards for customer and sales partner support
  • Processing of payment transactions including
  • preparation of associated bookings
  • Billing and processing of invoice corrections
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
